A young family approached me with a request to create an interior design for their three-story house. One of their preferences was to use a large variety of colors, so that each room had its own color scheme and story, while still maintaining a unified interior.

The house can be divided into three main zones. The first zone, occupying the entire first floor, is the public area designed for gatherings with guests. It includes a dining room, a kitchen separated from the rest of the space by sliding doors, yet integrated with it, a living room with a cozy area, a fireplace, and a large table for family events, as well as a guest bedroom. There is also another living room on the first floor, which serves as a home theater.

The second floor houses all the main bedrooms: the master suite, which includes a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, and a bedroom, as well as two children's bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.

On the third floor, there is a large sports area, a spa zone, a guest room, a light and airy study for the husband, and a creative workshop for the wife. The homeowner is involved in visual arts. These spaces acquire uniqueness through the artist's work, so I added only the right background and necessary functionality.

Taking into account the facade of the house and its location in the village of Deauville, which is stylized as a historical town in Normandy, the goal was to reflect the facade's response in the interior. Accentuated, relief elements of plaster molding and some neoclassical objects solved this task. This style could be described as slightly French: integrating modern items into an old building with an interior from the past, creating a mix of the past and the present.
