The house was designed from scratch: it was an empty shell with floor spaces without partitions and a facade. The house comprises four floors. The basement level includes a staff area, a SPA zone, a home theater, and a bar area in front of it. The first floor houses the main rooms: a living room, a kitchen-dining area, a hall, a small office, and a walk-in closet. The second floor accommodates the main bedrooms and two guest rooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. The third floor features a children's area with two bedrooms and a large playroom. The house is equipped with an elevator, which facilitates communication between the floors.

My interiors are characterized by high complexity and decorative elements. I prefer to use a wide variety of textures and materials: wooden, plaster, and gold friezes, combined with wallpapers, natural stone, ceramic granite, and decorative plaster. Several types of ceramic granite are used for the flooring and bathroom finishes. The fireplace portal is made of natural marble slabs, while the doors and all the built-in furniture were custom-made for this project according to my sketches.

I enjoy tackling different challenges and exploring various stylistic directions. The style of this project is modern Art Deco, characterized by exotic wood and natural stone textures. The color scheme of the house is quite graphic, with a predominance of black and white. To avoid a cold interior, we incorporated shades of beige, gray-beige, and gold accents.

There are multiple lighting sources, including ambient lighting that creates a more comfortable, soft light installation, as well as the main technical lighting and large decorative chandeliers. The homeowners will be able to use different lighting scenarios in the future, which can be easily controlled.
